Summary

This study aims to see if a new, low-risk therapy called passive neurosensory reintegration training (PNRT) can help reduce dizziness and other symptoms in people with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Researchers will enroll 80 adults with mTBI to test the therapy's safety and effectiveness. The approach uses gentle sensory exercises to retrain the brain and improve recovery.
