First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests a 12-week program for people with mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss) and their main family caregiver. The program includes professional support twice a week and caregiver-led sessions once a week. Researchers will measure changes in thinking, memory, quality of life, and caregiver burden over 9 months. The goal is to see if this combined approach can slow mental decline and improve well-being for both the patient and caregiver.
