Summary

This study looks at why some people with migraine don't get relief from triptan medications. Researchers will measure levels of tryptophan, a natural substance that affects pain and inflammation, in 144 adults who either respond well or poorly to triptans. The goal is to understand the biological differences between these groups to improve future treatments. Participants may not benefit directly from this study.
