First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle electrical zap to an artery in the head can safely ease migraine pain. Researchers will try the procedure on 12 adults with chronic migraines that haven't improved with standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the approach is safe and doable, with a secondary focus on whether it reduces headache severity.
