Head-to-Head: which migraine pill works best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of three oral medications works best to prevent migraine attacks in adults. Researchers will compare a newer drug, atogepant, against two older, commonly used drugs, topiramate and propranolol. About 1,335 participants will be randomly assigned to take one of the three pills for 12 weeks and track their headaches in a diary to see which medicine is most effective and easiest to tolerate.
