First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests an online program called Migraine Manager that helps teens ages 11-17 with migraines build healthy habits like drinking water, eating regular meals, exercising, and sleeping well. About 160 teens will be split into two groups: one using the tool and one receiving general health information. The goal is to see if the tool reduces the number of headache days and improves quality of life over a year.
