Summary
This is an early safety study of an experimental drug called migaldendranib (MGB) in healthy volunteers. Researchers will give increasing weekly doses to up to 36 healthy adults to check for side effects and see how the drug is processed by the body. The goal is to gather basic safety information before testing the drug in people with specific diseases.
