Can a simple eye drop stop dry eye after LASIK?

Summary
This study tests whether Miebo eye drops, used for one month before and 1.5 months after LASIK surgery, can reduce dry eye symptoms in people who already have dry eye disease. One hundred adults will use the drops four times daily. The goal is to see if eye dryness after surgery is better than before treatment.
