This study tests whether one-on-one sessions with a midwife can help pregnant women feel less anxious about childbirth. About 80 women with high pregnancy-related anxiety will attend 4-6 sessions to learn about birth, pain relief, relaxation, and birth planning. The goal is to lower anxiety and reduce unnecessary C-sections.
