Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a drug called midomafetamine in 32 healthy adults aged 18 to 55. Participants receive either a standard or a higher dose and are closely monitored for side effects, heart changes, and how the drug moves through the body. The results will help guide future studies of this drug.
