First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study will use a handheld camera to look at the smallest blood vessels in children undergoing heart surgery for tetralogy of Fallot or a hole in the heart. The goal is to see if these tiny vessels behave differently from the larger ones doctors usually monitor, which could help improve care. About 40 children will take part, and the camera is non-invasive.
