Do hospital workers face hidden blood vessel risks from Low-Dose radiation?

NCT ID NCT07363187

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study examines whether healthcare workers exposed to low-dose radiation over time have early signs of small blood vessel damage. Researchers will use a simple microscope test on the fingernail area and blood tests to compare exposed workers with unexposed ones. The goal is to better understand the early effects of occupational radiation exposure, not to provide treatment.
