First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares three ways to treat dark gums: a scalpel, a laser, or a new method using microneedling plus a plant extract called silymarin. About 30 healthy adults with dark gums will be assigned to one of the three groups. The goal is to see which method works best and causes the least pain.
