Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called mibavademab in 34 women with Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA), a condition where periods stop due to stress or intense exercise. The goal is to see if the drug can help the body produce the hormones needed for ovulation and improve bone health. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor hormone levels and side effects.
