Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called mibavademab in 34 women with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (FHA), a condition where stress, low body weight, or excessive exercise stops periods. The goal is to see if the drug can restore the hormones needed for ovulation and improve bone health. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor hormone levels, side effects, and safety.
