Summary
This study tests a program called MIAPP that helps people who use both opioids and methamphetamine stay connected to treatment after leaving the hospital. Participants receive a patient navigator, a smartphone app for medication check-ins, and small rewards for sticking with their plan. The goal is to see if this extra support helps more people attend follow-up appointments and continue their medication for opioid use disorder.
