Summary
This study is testing a mobile health app designed to support the mental health and well-being of veterans with spinal cord injuries and their family caregivers. About 100 participants will help researchers adapt and improve the app by sharing their needs and feedback. The goal is to see if the app is practical and helpful for this group.
