Summary
This study tests whether mobile health apps like Weight Watchers and Healthi can help low-income Hispanic adults with type 2 diabetes lose weight and improve blood sugar control. Participants will weigh themselves daily and check blood glucose before and after meals for 6 months. The goal is to see which app works best compared to a standard program.
