New app aims to boost healthy habits in cancer survivors and their families

Summary
This study is creating and testing a mobile health app to help colorectal cancer survivors and their family caregivers follow healthy lifestyle recommendations. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful. About 70 people who have finished treatment for stage I-III colorectal cancer, along with their caregivers, will take part.
