First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a special brain monitor (MGRNOX) can help doctors give less opioid pain medicine during gallbladder surgery. About 112 adults having laparoscopic cholecystectomy will be randomly assigned to standard care or MGRNOX-guided care. The goal is to see if the monitor reduces opioid use while still controlling pain.
