Summary

This study tests a mobile health program called mGlide-Care to help manage high blood pressure in people with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease. Participants work with a family caregiver to use a smartphone app and blood pressure monitor. The goal is to see if this approach improves blood pressure control compared to usual care.
