Summary
This early-stage study tested a drug called mezagitamab in 17 people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. The main goal was to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug. Participants received weekly injections for 8 weeks, then every two weeks for 16 weeks, and were monitored for up to 96 weeks.
