New hope for kids with tough wilms tumor: Low-Dose chemo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a special low-dose chemotherapy schedule (metronomic chemo) in children aged 1.5 to 17 years whose Wilms tumor has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease after two treatment cycles. About 28 participants will be enrolled at multiple centers.
