New index may simplify metabolic health check

Summary
This observational study will check if a new scoring system called the Nutrilite Metabolic Health Index matches results from detailed blood tests. About 200 healthy adults aged 18 to 60 will fill out questionnaires and give blood samples. No treatment or intervention is given—the goal is simply to see if the index is a good tool for measuring metabolic health.
