Summary

This study tests a school-based program called MEST that aims to improve health literacy and mental well-being in upper secondary school students. About 1800 students aged 16-24 will be randomly assigned to either the MEST program or usual school health services. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires at the start, 4 months, and 9 months later.
