First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study measured the amount of mepolizumab in the blood of 50 adults with severe asthma to see if drug levels differ between those who respond well and those who don't. Participants had been on mepolizumab for at least 6 months. The goal was to understand if differences in how the body processes the drug affect treatment success. This is an observational study, not a test of a new treatment.
