This observational study follows 40 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, with or without severe asthma, who are taking mepolizumab. Researchers will collect nasal, blood, and sputum samples over 12 months to track changes in symptoms, airway bacteria, and gene activity. The goal is to better understand who responds best to treatment and how it affects the need for steroids.
