Summary
This study is testing a new antibody drug called meplazumab to see if it can reduce inflammation and fatty plaque buildup in the arteries of people with coronary artery disease. It will involve 18 patients who will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will use heart scans and blood tests to measure changes in artery plaque and inflammation over time.
