Mind over knee: mental coaching may boost ACL recovery confidence

Summary
This pilot study tests whether adding mental skills coaching to standard care helps adolescent athletes feel more confident returning to sport after ACL reconstruction. Thirty participants will receive the coaching and complete questionnaires about their psychological readiness. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and promising enough for a larger trial.
