Summary
This study is testing different ways to provide depression treatment to people receiving addiction medication at methadone clinics in Ukraine. Researchers are comparing standard care against two telehealth approaches that connect clinic staff with mental health experts. The goal is to see which method works best to screen, diagnose, and treat depression in this patient population.
