Summary
This study tested whether a special group training program could help people with schizophrenia, major depression, or bipolar disorder. The program, called Metacognitive Training, taught participants new ways of thinking over eight sessions. Researchers measured changes in symptoms, thinking patterns, and daily functioning to see if the training was helpful.
