Summary

This study tests a group-based stress management course called Self-Help Plus (SH+) for refugee mothers living in a settlement in Uganda. About 725 mothers with young children (ages 3-4) will take part to see if the program reduces their distress and improves their children's wellbeing over a year. The goal is to help families build resilience after displacement.
