Mentor moms help ease pregnancy anxiety in disaster zones

Summary
This study is testing a program that connects pregnant women in disaster-affected areas with experienced mothers as mentors. The goal is to see if group meetings and peer support can reduce anxiety and depression during pregnancy. Researchers will recruit 240 women to participate in the program and measure changes in their mental health.
