Summary
This study is testing a phone-based mental wellness program designed to help caregivers of bone marrow transplant patients. The program aims to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving caregivers' quality of life and physical activity. Researchers are comparing the program's effects to standard care in 80 caregivers.
