Schools test new approach to spot mental health needs in black children

NCT ID NCT05450094

Summary

This study compares two school-based mental health screening approaches to help African-American elementary students get needed mental health services. The study involves training school staff and tracking whether more students receive appropriate mental health support instead of disciplinary actions.
