One hour vs ten weeks: which talk therapy works better for everyday worries?
NCT ID NCT07363915
Summary
This study tested two different talk therapy approaches for adults experiencing mild anxiety and depression symptoms. Researchers compared a 10-week group therapy program against a single one-hour counseling session to see which helped more. The goal was to reduce symptoms and see if either approach reduced future doctor visits or medication needs.
