One session vs. ten weeks: which talk therapy works better for mild worry and sadness?
NCT ID NCT07363915
Summary
This study tested two different talk therapy programs for adults experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression symptoms in Spain. Participants were randomly assigned to either a 10-week group program or a single, one-hour individual session. The main goal was to see which approach was better at reducing symptoms and the need for further mental health care over one year.
