Summary
This study is creating and testing a special version of a proven mental health program for parents expecting or raising a baby with Down syndrome. The goal is to prevent depression by helping parents process feelings of grief and connect with a supportive community. Researchers will work with parents to design the program and then test it with a small group to see if it's helpful and feasible.
