Phone app aims to boost mental health for ugandan teachers and parents

Summary
This study is testing a mobile health toolkit called mWEL to help teachers and parents in Uganda better understand and manage their mental health. The toolkit provides self-help support, with optional help from community health workers. Researchers will measure changes in mental health knowledge, depression, and anxiety in 1,180 participants.
