Summary
This study looked at how stress from the COVID-19 pandemic, like social distancing and lockdowns, affected people's mental health. Over 3,600 adults completed online surveys every two weeks for up to six months. The goal was to understand the link between pandemic-related stressors and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and distress.
