NCT ID NCT07395245
Summary
This study aims to understand and improve how teenagers in Assiut, Egypt, think about and seek help for mental health issues. Researchers will first survey about 270 students to learn their current knowledge and attitudes. Then, 150 students will be split into two groups to test if a short, three-week educational program in schools can increase mental health understanding, reduce negative attitudes, and encourage teens to ask for help when needed.
