Mind over matter: can treating depression ease transplant complications?
NCT ID NCT07314892
Summary
This study aims to understand if a patient's mental health, like depression or anxiety, affects how severe their Graft-Versus-Host Disease (GvHD) symptoms are. Researchers will follow 200 adult patients with GvHD, using questionnaires to track their psychiatric status, physical symptoms, and quality of life. The goal is to see if better mental health support could improve overall outcomes for these patients.
