Summary
This study looked at how mental health case managers (nurses) build strong relationships with people who have severe mental health disorders. Researchers worked with 26 patients and nurses in Spain, using group discussions and surveys to understand and improve these relationships. The goal was to see if a better connection between nurse and patient helps the patient recover and function better in daily life.
