Can a hospital program prevent PTSD after injury?

Summary

This study looks at whether a program called the Trauma Resilience and Recovery Program (TRRP) helps people who have been seriously injured get mental health support. About 350 English- or Spanish-speaking adults and teens admitted to a trauma center will take part. Researchers will track PTSD and depression symptoms over a year to see if the program makes a difference.
