Can a simple survey replace a Doctor's diagnosis?

NCT ID NCT07604753

First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026

Summary

This study aims to see how well a new survey (CIDI 5.0) can identify people who have had depression, anxiety, or PTSD at some point in their lives. Researchers will compare the survey results to a detailed clinical interview, which is the current gold standard. About 300 adults in Hong Kong will take part. The goal is to improve how we measure mental health in large populations.
