Could your period affect your cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06273800
Summary
This study aims to understand if the timing of a woman's menstrual cycle affects how well chemotherapy works against breast cancer. Researchers will follow 100 premenopausal women with triple-negative breast cancer who are starting chemotherapy before surgery. They will collect a blood sample when treatment begins and track how the cancer responds to see if treatment effectiveness varies with the menstrual cycle phase.
