Summary
This study looked at whether a booster dose of the MenQuadfi vaccine is safe and effective in healthy toddlers aged 12 to 23 months who had already received a different meningitis vaccine as babies. The goal was to see if the booster could strengthen their protection against meningococcal disease, a serious infection. Researchers measured immune responses and monitored for side effects after one booster shot.
