Summary
This study looks at how sleep and light affect mood in women going through menopause. Researchers want to see if changing sleep timing for one night and using a light box for two weeks can help reset the body's internal clock and improve depression. Participants will provide urine samples, wear an activity tracker, and complete mood and sleep questionnaires.
