New program aims to calm Women's dementia fears during menopause

Summary

This study is creating and testing a short, personalized counseling program for women going through menopause who have a higher risk of dementia. The goal is to help them manage their fears and learn better ways to cope. Researchers will first talk to women in focus groups, then build the program, and finally test it with a small group to see if it's helpful and easy to use.
