First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how well the meningococcal B vaccine works in children and teens with autoimmune rheumatic diseases, compared to healthy kids. About 263 participants will receive two vaccine doses one month apart, and blood samples will be taken over a year to measure immune response. Researchers will also track disease activity and any side effects to ensure the vaccine is safe for this group.
