Summary
This study tested a new meningitis vaccine (MenACYW) in 463 healthy adolescents aged 10 to 17. It compared the new vaccine to an existing one (Nimenrix®) and also checked safety when given alongside HPV and Tdap-IPV vaccines. The goal was to see if the new vaccine provides similar protection against four types of meningitis bacteria.
